The website named thepaidwork.com claims to pay you money for refering your friends to the website.  It has mentioned its payment rate also which is more surprising and suspicious.

The answer is yes !! ,  it is a scam. 

The person whoever has made  this website seems to be trying to collect username and passwords as well as other personal datas. Usually people uses same password for all their online accounts and websites like these are trying to collect as much details as they can. So , if you facebook account with the same username & password is hacked then don't get surprised. You will never get paid by this website. Instead it leads you to other websites for completing online surveys. which has nothing to do with the referrals you have done for the website. Two of the survey website doesn't process your form and returns error. Technically speaking the site owner is a complete dumb at code. After you login to the website you can still see the member login menu and whenever you click on that link you will again have to login to the page.According to SCAM ADVISOR
